Gina Frost-Porterfield, M.A., L.P.C. is a licensed professional counselor who provides assessment and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. She has 25  years of experience providing individual, family, group, and marital counseling. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral issues, trauma, family conflicts, and divorce.

Ms. Frost-Porterfield has worked as a therapist at a community mental health agency servicing at-risk youth and young adults and also served as the primary therapist in a day treatment crisis stabilization program servicing children, adolescents and adults. For the last five years she has worked as an outpatient therapist providing individual, family, and marital counseling services. Additionally, Ms. Frost-Porterfield has provided clinical supervision to agency staff and Master level students and has much experience consulting with various providers, such as psychiatrists, testing psychologists, school social workers, and youth assistance workers.

Ms. Frost-Porterfield received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Oakland University.
